Prioritization Grid

The prioritization grid helps you organize your ideas. It allows you to select the best ideas for your audience out of the bunch. The best ideas are important to our audience as well as being feasible to produce for our organization. Other ideas that we might consider good can as well be identified and explored further to adjust them to better fit our business model.

When to use!

When it’s time to organize ideas and decide which to pursue first
