Audience Journey Map

The audience journey helps you transition from rough ideas into a storyboard. This gives you the change to stretch out your ideas onto a timeline with a few key moments defined. Later, you can plug these moments into the AXD Blueprint, which allows you to further develop your concepts and add details that are important to the overall experience.

When to use!

When you want to understand your current audience’s journey through your events

When you want to understand how your audience moves through an event they enjoy

When you are planning a new event
